Weekend to Do: The New Creation

Have you ever craved a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich but refrained because of your veg leanings? Well, I have never craved a Philly Cheesesteak. When I was a kid, I could kick back and down some serious meatball hoagies and chicken parm heroes. But Philly Cheesesteaks we just too much. TOO MUCH!

Fast forward to Superiority Burger’s New Creation. It’s griddled Yuba (tofu skin) cooked to perfection and topped with a mess of cashew cream, pickles and served on a bun. Amazing is the word. Sooooo good. SOOO GOOD! Mmmmmmm¬†ūü§§

This weekend will be a gorgeous one so take advantage of it by going to Superiority Burger, grabbing a New Creation and an Arnold Palmer then taking it¬†to the park. Face it, you never go to SB only because there is no seating. I guess I have to remind you that Thompkins Square Park is no longer full of drug dealers and prostitutes. Much to my chagrin, it’s been all cleaned up so you can safely eat your vegan organic food then stroll over to the local farmer’s market to gather ingredients for the conscientious meal you’re planning to serve for your¬†Game¬†of Thrones¬†gathering.¬†
